Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete. You get an export first, then a 14-day grace period, then it’s gone from backups within 30 days.
Does the bot see my private data?
The bot only uses what’s needed to answer, only while you’re signed in, and never for training. You can ask anonymously instead.
Is there phone support?
Not yet. Email is the only channel that works today — a named contact and a direct line are planned for business workspaces, and neither is live.
