Private beta — opens at launch.

Mesa

Plan the week’s meals; the grocery list writes itself.

Everyone adds to the same list, whoever’s near the shop takes it, and nothing gets bought twice. Recipes and prep sit alongside — with the same people and roles as every other product.

What’s inside

Every screen, per app.

Each product is built for one job and nothing else. What they share sits underneath: one account, one set of people, one set of permissions. Five of the seven are for home and personal life; Event Ops and Caterer Ops are for people running events and kitchens for a living, and inherit the same spine without pretending to be consumer apps.

Mesa

Two screens that only make sense together: the week’s meals, and the grocery list that falls out of it. Tick something off in the shop and the plan knows.

  • Meal plan

Seven days, who’s cooking, and what’s already in the house.

  • Grocery list

Built from the plan, grouped by aisle, shared live.

  • Recipes

Scaled to headcount, with allergens flagged.

  • Spaces & chores

Kitchen, garden, garage — chores rotate themselves.

Talks to Tally — a shopping trip becomes a ledger line. And to Cadence — “who cooks Thursday” is a day, not a task.

Better together

Mesa is where most households start.

Everything else plugs into the same people and permissions. Adding an app is one tap — no new signup, no re-inviting your family.

Questions people actually ask

Is it really free, or free-until-it-matters?
One household, every core feature, forever. The paid membership adds unlimited history, automations and more Assistant actions — an upgrade, not a paywall on what already worked.
Can my parents use it?
That’s the design target. Invite by link or phone number, large type by default, and a guest role that needs no setup at all.
Who can see our data?
Your data goes to members of your circle at the role you gave them — not advertisers, not model training, not other circles.
What happens when the other apps launch?
They appear in your account as an opt-in tile. Nothing installs itself, and nothing changes price without you agreeing.
