What’s inside

Every screen, per app.

Each product is built for one job and nothing else. What they share sits underneath: one account, one set of people, one set of permissions. Five of the seven are for home and personal life; Event Ops and Caterer Ops are for people running events and kitchens for a living, and inherit the same spine without pretending to be consumer apps.

What One Circle does not contain

Meals, money and the week are their own products — Mesa, Tally and Cadence. The apps all read from one place: the people, the roles, and the permission that says a Teen sees their share of a bill and not the household ledger. Add a product and it inherits the circle you already have.

Meals → MesaMoney → TallyThe week → Cadence

What you get

Built for six people, not six thousand followers.

  • 01

    Named circles

One space per relationship, each with its own memory.

  • 02

    Roles & consent

Guardians, adults and guests see exactly what they should.

  • 03

    Quiet by default

One digest a day. Only urgent things interrupt.

  • 04

    Yours to leave

Full export, one-click delete. No retention tricks.

Better together

One Circle is the front door.

Everything else plugs into the same people and permissions. Adding an app is one tap — no new signup, no re-inviting your family.

Questions people actually ask

Is it really free, or free-until-it-matters?
One household, every core feature, forever. The paid membership adds unlimited history, automations and more Assistant actions — an upgrade, not a paywall on what already worked.
Can my parents use it?
That’s the design target. Invite by link or phone number, large type by default, and a guest role that needs no setup at all.
Who can see our data?
Your data goes to members of your circle at the role you gave them — not advertisers, not model training, not other circles.
What happens when the other apps launch?
They appear in your account as an opt-in tile. Nothing installs itself, and nothing changes price without you agreeing.
